Free Music: Sleeping In My Car by Roxette
I have no idea what's wrong with me tonight. I feel so tired, even a double espresso isn't working it's normal magic. I was watching a film I didn't think I'd seen - Mr Deeds. Such a great feelgood film. Plus there is always the great fact that Winnona Ryder is fantastic eye candy. Anyway, right now I am catching up with The Virtual Revolution on BBC iPlayer. Possibly one of the best programmes the BBC has ever made. And a great choice of presenter in Dr Aleks Krotoski. Geeks from the early 2000s may remember her from Bits. Yet another great technology show which fell because the people at Channel 4 didn't see how huge computers and gaming was going to be.
I've also been doing a few things behind the scenes at Supermarket Soap. As you may have seen from the addition to the side bar, I've joined a social network called MyLot. It's a lot like Facebook, and they have games etc, but you get paid for blogging, participating in the community, helping other people out. These kinds of things. The kinds of things which people should be doing anyway without financial incentives, but the money is nice. Tiny, but nice. And I think that's it pretty much. The espresso seems to have kicked in a little, since I'm not feeling so tired all of a sudden. So I am going to post this, and compose the podcast, upload that too, and then spend some decent time with my girlfriend on her birthday and watch yet another movie together. It should be good, it's a film we've both been wanting to see - Adam.
